Shar Martin, founder and principal of Performance Breakthrough Solutions Consulting Services, LLC began her independent consulting track in 2007 after 7 years of service to Corporate America. As a Quality Engineer, Operations Excellence Management Specialist, Six Sigma/ Quality Project Lead and Management Specialist within manufacturing, service and academic environments, Ms. Martin earned the reputation for being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and "Problem Solver". Deployment as an internal consultant on projects with roles of increasing responsibility, domestically and internally, have noted measurable savings in excess of $20 million.
By 2001, Shar Martin had received a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Systems Management (OISM) and Master of Quality and Manufacturing Management (MMM) from Pennsylvania State University. As a Quality Engineer earning her industrial Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification at Fortune 500 Honeywell International in Tempe, AZ she also earned a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Before relocating back to the East Coast, Ms. Martin also completed professional training at the Arizona State University for Six Sigma and High Impact Project Management.

Business Development Center (SBDC).
